NMH Associates will help schools evolve into high quality learning centers marked by pupils engaged in active learning; create an environment that is safe and supportive;  use human and financial resources to  develop an effective dialogue so that school administrators, teachers, support personnel, parents and the general community work together to raise student achievement.

​The core belief of NMH Associates is that all students can achieve high standards.  This goal can be realized through the use of an instructional program that is data driven to meet the individual needs of students. The school principal and the leadership in the building set the stage for a safe and orderly environment, where an instructional program is implemented, leading to educational excellence. In order to accomplish this goal it is important that the staff use quantitative and qualitative data to track the progress of each student.

​- When we service schools we constantly revisit our goals and reset them to ensure that continuous improvement is made and student learning is accelerated. This must be accomplished by collaborating with members of the school community. 
- ​ We partner with the staff, students and parents to set goals for improving teaching practices and enhancing student learning. 

- We assist schools in ensuring that students are actively engaged in their learning. We ensure that interim assessments are used in order to monitor student progress and set next steps for instruction.

- We advise on professional development, which is driven by the needs revealed by the data and the strategic plan developed by the school. We will assist staff with recording, analyzing and comparing data outcomes within and across classrooms, identifying methods to improve instruction. ​
